衍射光学用于激光光束整形技术研究

摘要
激光应用领域的逐步扩大,对激光光束空间强度分布提出了越来越高的要求。为了实现激光光束的空间强度分布多样化,利用衍射光学原理开展了激光光束整形研究。针对不同输出光束的空间光强分布特点,选用了不同的具体设计方法,分别利用Dammann光栅、几何变换法、GS算法设计实现了点阵、多圆环、线状和非对称图样等分布的整形光束,并利用空间光调制器对计算相位的实际整形效果进行了验证。实验结果表明,衍射光学用于激光光束整形研究具有设计灵活的特点,且整形后的输出光束均能够满足设计要求,可为激光整形技术的深入研究提供参考和依据。
Abstract
With the expansion of laser application in various fields, laser beam spatial intensity distribution is facing more and more requests. In order to realize the variety of laser beam spatial intensity distribution, diffractive optics principle is adopted to make the laser beam shaping research. Different design methods are chosen according to different output beam intensity distributions, and the shaping beam of array spot, multi-rings, linear and dissymmetrical graph can be obtained by Dammann grating, geometrical transform method and GS algorithm. The real shaping beam distribution through the calculated phase is verified by the SLM. The results show that diffractive optics used for the laser beam shaping research is effective and the output shaping beam intensity distribution can satisfy the design requirements, and the work can provide preferences for the deeper research of laser beam shaping technology.
