Influences of Additive Noise on Phase Noise of Microwave Optoelectronic Oscillators
摘要
微波光电振荡器是一种基于微波光子技术的高频微波信号发生装置,它能够产生超高频谱纯度及超低相位噪声的微波信号。研究了典型的微波光电振荡器相位噪声产生机理及相位噪声谱密度。从构成微波光电振荡器的核心器件出发,分析了开环状态下,微波光电振荡器中的加性噪声来源及其对相位噪声的影响。
Abstract
Microwave optoelectronic oscillator is a highfrequency signal generator based on microwave photonics, which could generate microwave signal with exceptional spectral purity and ultra low phase noise. Generation principle and spectral density of phase noise in microwave optoelectronic oscillator are researched. The source of additive noise,and its influence on phase noise in open looped optoelectronic oscillator is analyzed.
