3-5μm光学参量振荡器研究进展及其应用
Progress and applications of 3-5μm optical parametric oscillator
摘要
3-5μm波段中红外激光在医疗、环保、**等领域有着广泛的应用。固体激光器泵浦的光参量振荡器(OPO)是目前获得3-5μm激光的常用方式, 是激光器领域研究的热点, 国外已有报道采用ZGP-OPO方式获得27.1W的3-5μm激光。介绍了OPO获得3-5μm激光的技术途径, 以及中红外OPO的研究进展和在各个领域的应用。
Abstract
3-5μm mid-infrared lasers are useful in many application areas such as medical,environmental protection,and military.At present,solid state lasers pumped OPO is the best way to obtaine 3-5μm lasers,which is a hot spot in research field of lasers.In foreign, the ZGP-OPO generates a total combined output of 27.1W at 3-5μm. The OPO to obtain 3-5μm lasers,the research progress and applications of 3-5μm lasers are introduced.
