抗析晶高增益Er3+,Yb3+共掺氟磷酸盐光纤材料性能研究

摘要
设计了一种新型的铒、镱共掺高增益光纤材料, 分析了各种组分对氟磷酸盐体系发光性能的影响, 制备出热稳定性和机械性能较好(ΔT=141 ℃)、无析晶、透过率较高的光纤材料。光谱测试结果表明:所制备的光纤芯材料具有较高的吸收截面(2.075 pm2)、较高的发射截面(1.11 pm2)、较长的荧光寿命(7.30 ms)和高的增益品质系数(74.099×103 pm3), 是优良的高增益、宽带宽的光纤放大器增益材料。
Abstract
A novel high gain rare earth ions co-doped fluoride phosphate fiber core material was designed. The influence of different component on system performance was studied, which was the key factor to prepare an optical fiber material with good thermal stability and high transmittance and non-crystallization. This fiber material has a high absorption cross-section (2.075 pm2), high emission section (1.11 pm2), long fluorescence lifetime (7.30 ms) , and high gain coefficient (74.099×103 pm3). These good parameters indicate that the designed material is suitable for preparing excellent optical fiber amplifier material with high gain and wide bandwidth.
