神光Ⅱ第九路光路自动准直系统研究
Laser Beam Automatic Alignment System in the 9th Beam of SGⅡ
摘要
路自动准直系统应用于惯性约束聚变的高功率激光装置中。针对神光Ⅱ第九路装置,设计了一套可行的准直方案,并在装置上进行了实验。实验结果表明,自动准直系统能够在15 min内顺利完成光路的自动调整,小口径近场调整准直精度小于±0.5 mm,大口径近场调整准直精度小于±1.0 mm,远场准直精度小于±1″,满足了装置的设计要求。
Abstract
The laser beams automatic alignment system is used in the high power laser facility for inertial confinement fusion. Considering the ninth beam of SGⅡ, a reasonable scheme for automatic alignment is presented. It has been demonstrated on the experiment system. Results indicate that beam paths adjustment can be finished in 15 m by the automatic alignment system. The precision of the smallcaliber nearfield adjustment is less than ±0.5 mm and the largecaliber nearfield adjustment is less than ±1.0 mm. The accuracy of the farfield adjustment is less than ±1″. Requirements of the facility are met.
