ZL114A-2219异种铝合金激光焊接头组织与性能

摘要
ZL114A铝合金具有良好的铸造性能并且可以进行热处理强化, 2219铝合金具有良好的常温、低温性能, 这两种铝合金都在航空航天领域具有广泛的应用。采用CO2激光器进行了ZL114A与2219异种铝合金带锁底对接接头激光焊接试验。焊后采用光学显微镜、显微硬度计以及拉伸试验机对焊缝接头的显微组织和力学性能进行分析。在焊缝区域中, 下部冷却速度较快, 晶粒较为细小。焊缝区晶粒较为细小, 焊缝内部显微硬度要高于两种母材。拉伸试验中接头断裂在较薄2219母材一侧。
Abstract
ZL114A and 2219 aluminum alloys are widely used in spacecraft , because of the good castability of Zl114A aluminum alloy and good room/low temperature mechanical properties of 2219 aluminum alloy. In this paper, ZL114A and 2219 dissimilar aluminum alloys in bottom-locking joints were joining by a slab CO2 laser. The characterizations of weld were observed by optical microscope and the mechanical property of the joint was assessed by microhardness and tensile test. The grain is fine in the bottom part of weld seam due to high cooling rate. The microhardness of the weld seam is higher than that of both base metals. In tensile test, the failure occurred at thin 2219 aluminum side.
