Laser Direct Part Marking High Data Density Micro 2D Code in PCB
摘要
在PCB板上标记已经成为电子生产中产品追踪控制以及追溯所不可缺少的一种工艺手段。当前的一维条码技术及纸质标签正面临着诸多困难, 而激光直接物标技术在PCB表面直接标识2D码是一种可行的非常灵活的标识方法, 且不对PCB表面造成损伤。采用稳定低价的CO2激光物标系统, 通过标识方法、激光功率、激光速度等参数的优化, 精心设计了一套适用于在PCB上标识高密度微型2D码的标识方法, 实现在2 mm×2 mm上编入20~25位数字的信息, 识读率达99%。
Abstract
The labeling of marking is an important processing step for the PCB industry that allows tracing and controlling of their products. The current 1D code techniques and paper labels have several disadvantages, e.g. lack of permanency, limited adhesion and less information. Laser direct part marking on the surface of PCB is a very flexible method that allows permanent marking of PCB with high data density micro 2D codes. The feasibility of this technique was proven by determining the influence of key parameters such as laser power, laser marking speed and laser wavelength. In the article, the 2 mm×2 mm encoding 20 to 25 digit numbers micro data matrix code was marked on PCB by using CO2 laser marker and optimizing laser processing. The readability is 99%.
