摘要
镀锌钢板激光搭接焊过程中, 锌蒸汽的行为对焊缝成形和焊接质量的影响很大, 通过创造一种有利于锌蒸汽逸出的途径是镀锌钢板激光搭接焊的研究重点。基于吸气的方式在熔池及小孔上方创造一个负压环境, 使锌蒸汽在焊接过程中顺利的逸出从而得到好的搭接接头质量, 试验中通过高速摄像, 测温等辅助手段来观察焊接过程中行为。研究发现, 通过吸气的方法可以获得外观成形和微观组织均满意的搭接接头。
Abstract
When laser welding galvanized steel in a gap-free overlap joint configuration, the vapor of zinc shows huge influence on the quality of the welds, creating a way for the zinc vapor to escape is the key point to get a better weld. In this paper, we describe a new method where a suction device was adopted to provide a negative pressure zone upon the surface of the keyhole for the highly-pressurized zinc vapor to escape. A lap joint with a good surface quality and excellent mechanical strength was obtained using this method. A high-speed video camera was used to record the dynamic behavior of the laser-induced plasma plume and the zinc vapor and the thermocouples were used to measure the temperature changes of the joint. The study found that it was easily get both the surface quality and lap joint strength satisfied weld while using the suction method.
