开展了大气环境下激光打孔及封焊技术研究, 研究了典型工艺参数对小孔形状、小孔封焊形貌的影响规律, 研究结果为激光取样技术的实际应用积累了技术基础。
Abstract
The technology of laser micro drilling and welding in atmosphere was studied: the influence rules of technological parameters for the micro drilling and welding shape was studied, the sinter flowing state during the laser micro drilling was analyzed. The investigation results provide a technical foundation for the laser sampling technology.
