摘要
研究针对目前激光三维堆积层高开环控制的现状, 基于PMAC上自行开发研制一套层高随动控制系统。使Z轴单层提升高度ΔZ与成形件单层堆积高度Δh保持一致, 来保证成形件每层都有相同的离焦量。从而克服了成型件形貌上的上下不均匀以及边缘锯齿状现象。
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to implement the dynamic control of single-storey height by adding hight detection devices based on PMAC in the existing three-dimensional laser processing systems. In order to overcome the rough topography of the forming parts and eliminate the phenomenon of jagged edge, it is important to ensure consistency between single-storey height-Δh and Z axis single-upgrade-Δz.
