模糊PID算法在DVD光学头控制中的应用研究

摘要
飞秒激光三维光存储是实现高密度光存储的重要方法。为了提高飞秒激光三维光存储技术的实用化,基于DVD聚焦、循道伺服技术搭建了一套飞秒激光三维光盘存储系统。针对DVD光学头建立音圈电机电气模型,并通过典型二阶系统参数计算可获得详细的光头传递函数。针对DVD光学头传递函数,采用模糊PID算法,构建模糊PID控制系统的仿真模型,通过模糊控制规则在线对PID参数进行整定,并进行计算机Matlab仿真。仿真结果表明:模糊PID控制算法可使系统的稳定性、响应速度、超调量和稳态误差等达到系统性能指标的要求。
Abstract
As an important method for achieving highdensity optical storage, a 3D disc storage system of femtosecond laser was built in order to improve the practical applications of femtosecond laser 3D optical storage technology based on DVD focus and methodist servo technology. Referred to DVD pickup head, electrical model of the voice coil motor was built, and the transfer function was obtained by the parameters of the typical secondorder system. Referred to the transfer function of DVD pickup head, a simulation model of fuzzy PID control system was built by using fuzzy PID algorithm, which can adjust PID parameters with fuzzy control rules and then make simulation with Matlab. The simulation results show that: fuzzy PID control algorithm makes the stability, response speed, overshoot and steady state error of the system reach the performance requirements.
