旋光检测中角度定位算法

摘要
旋光检测技术可以区分手性化合物的对称性,与色谱检测技术结合可以实现手性化合物分离,在生物制药、成分分析等领域起着重要作用。通过对纯净水和两种葡萄糖溶液进行旋光现象检测,用曲线拟合的最小二乘法处理数据确定这三种样品的偏振角度,具体分析了二次拟合和一次拟合两种算法。实验表明,一次拟合比二次拟合简单,精度很相近,从实验测量速度和精度综合考虑,一次拟合比二次拟合更适合于实验的旋光检测。
Abstract
Polarimetric determination technology can break up the symmetry of the compound, when combined with chromatographic detection technology, it can achieve the separation of chiral compounds. This technology plays an important role in the field of biological pharmacy and ingredients analysis. The polarization angles of three types of material including pure water and two glucose solutions are measured by polarimetric determination technology, in which data are processed using the method of the least squares of curve fitting. Specifically, the properties of second degree polynomial and first degree polynomial in this situation are analyzed. The experimental results show that the accuracy of the two methods is very close, but the first degree polynomial is simpler in programming realization. From the integrated consideration of the speed and accuracy of experimental measurements, first degree polynomial is considered more suitable for the experiment of polarimetric determination compared with second degree polynomial method.
