304不锈钢薄板激光弯曲与修复实验研究
Experimental Study of Laser Bending and Rectifying on 304 Stainless Steel Sheet
摘要
通过对不锈钢的弯曲实验得到了激光扫描速度、Q频率、电流大小对弯曲角度的关系,结果表明弯曲角度随着扫描速度的增加而减小;随着电流大小、Q频率的增加而增大。然后,对激光多次扫描过程中角度增量的变化进行了研究,发现其呈现先增后减的趋势,并分析了形成该现象的原因。最后进行了弯曲修复实验,分别采用了单边夹持和对称夹持的方式,并对两种修复方式进行了比较和分析,发现对称夹持方式能够更有效地修复弯曲试件。
Abstract
Firstly,a number of the bending experiments have been done to find the relationship between bending angle and laser scanning speed, Q frequency and current. The result shows that the bending angle decreases with increasing scanning speed and increases with the increasing current or Q frequency .Then it is found that the variety of angle increment improves first and then descents through the multi-pass laser bending experiments and the reasons of this phenomenon are analysed. Finally, the rectifying experiments have been investigated. Different clamping ways are used to find which the better way is for laser rectifying, then it is verified that the symmetrical clamping way is more efficient.
