基于DMD的高效快速的激光偏转的实现
The Implementation of Efficient and Fast Laser Deflection Based on DMD
摘要
采用TI公司研发的DMD器件,利用DMD器件的优良特性,克服传统光束偏转的缺陷,实现激光束快速的大角度偏转的非投影功能。同时,利用Virtex5系列的XC5VLX50芯片实现激光脉冲与DMD内部微镜阵列翻转的高精度的同步控制,使得经过DMD器件的光束偏转效率可以达到很高,大幅度提高激光脉冲能量的利用率。
Abstract
Due to its excellent features to overcome the defects of traditional beam deflection DMD component from TI is used for the implementation of the laser function of fast and big angle deflection. Meanwhile, Virtex5 series of XC5VLX50 chip is used to realize precise synchronization control between laser pulses and the flip of internal micro-mirror array of DMD , High efficiency of the beam deflection through the DMD device is obtained, significantly improving the utilization of the laser pulse energy.
