木糖醇的红外光谱和拉曼光谱研究
Infrared and Raman Spectra Studies of Xylitol
摘要
实验测量了木糖醇的拉曼光谱和红外光谱, 在相关文献的帮助下, 对其谱带进行了初步指认。在拉曼光谱中, 1000 cm-1~1110 cm-1之间的中等强度振动属于C-O伸缩振动和H-C-O弯曲振动。850 cm-1到920 cm-1之间的振动属于C-C伸缩振动。羟基面内弯曲振动在红外吸收光谱中出现在1300~1500 cm-1, O-H的变形振动δO-H出现在1420~1380 cm-1。
Abstract
The FT-Raman spectra and FT-infrared spectra of polycrystalline samples of xylitol. The regions of the FTIR spectra have been studied: the OH stretching region 3400~3200 cm-1, the symmetric stretching vibration and asymmetric stretching vibration of -CH2-are observed at about 2900 cm-1, the deformation vibration of O-H (δO-H) 1420~1380 cm-1. 4 sharp, intense band are observed at 1052~1108 cm-1 in the Raman spectra. The band is associated with C-C stretching and C-Ostretching modes.
