In-situ Obtaining of Fresh Ag and Study on Its SERS Activity
摘要
以立方的AgCl纳米结构作为前躯体, 利用共聚焦拉曼光谱仪的光源原位辐射获取新鲜Ag, 并同步用于对巯基吡啶(4-Mpy )分子的SERS检测。结果表明: 随着辐射时间的增加, 4-Mpy 分子的SERS信号强度增加并趋于最大值。结合信号强度和AgCl表面形貌及其化学组分的演变, 给出了一种可能的机理解释。
Abstract
Utilizing cubic AgCl nanostructures as precursors, fresh Ag were in-situ obtained by irradiation of the lamp-house for confocal Raman spectrometer and applied to the synchronous detection of SERS signal for 4-mercaptopyridine(4-Mpy) molecules. Results demonstrate that the intensity of SERS signal for 4-Mpy is close to the maximum with the irradiation time increasing. On the basis of the evolvement for the intensity of signal and the surface morphology and chemical composition of AgCl, a possible mechanism was given.
