激光焊接工艺对BIDI器件耦合效率影响的研究

摘要
研究了激光焊接工艺中诸因素对单纤双向(BIDI)器件耦合效率的影响。通过实验分析了耦合效率对各方向偏移的敏感程度。基于力矩平衡模型对BIDI激光焊接工艺加以分析, 指出激光焊接工艺中焊点不同面、焊点位置不对称是较重要的影响因素。通过样品实验对力矩平衡模型分析的结论加以检验, 理论分析模型得到实验结果的印证。
Abstract
The influences of various factors in the laser welding process on the coupling efficiency of BIDI components were studied. Firstly, the relationship between BIDI coupling efficiency and three axial offsets was experimentally investigated. Analysis based on a moment-equilibrium model indicates that the BIDI coupling efficiency reductions are mainly caused by non-planar or asymmetric welding points. And also the analysis conclusion were examined and proved by experiments.
