亚声速切向气流对激光辐照TA15钛合金热响应的影响
Effect of Subsonic Tangential Flow on the Thermal Response of TA15 Ti Alloy Irradiated by Laser
摘要
利用亚声速气流环境模拟系统, 开展了自然对流及马赫数为0.4和0.8切向气流条件下, 1 064 nm连续激光辐照TA15钛合金材料热响应实验研究, 得到了材料的温度历史曲线数据。通过分析实验结果表明: 在激光辐照材料未使得其表面发生熔化时, 切向气流对材料激光辐照过程中以冷却效应为主, 随着气流速度的增加, 冷却效果明显。同时切向气流影响着材料的温度分布, 沿气流流动方向, 气流对下游区域的冷却效果低于上游区域。
Abstract
The thermal response experiments of TA15 Ti alloy irradiated by CW laser in subsonic flow and natural convection conditions were done, temperature history curves were obtained. The results show that the action of the flow is cooling effect when the materials irradiated by laser is not melted, the cooling effect is more much obvious with the flow speed increasing.The tangential flow can have an effect on the temperature distribution, the cooling effect in upper zone temperature is much severitier than lower zone.
