摘要
以316不锈钢板为对象, 研究了其光纤激光-TIG复合焊接的工艺特点, 探讨了各主要参数对焊缝成型的影响规律。结果表明, 相比单独TIG焊接, 用光纤激光-TIG复合热源焊接316不锈钢, 焊接速度能明显提高, 熔深明显增大, 而熔宽增加并不明显甚至减小。以复合焊工艺 (TIG电流120 A, 激光400 W, 焊接速度27 cm/min)对5 mm厚316不锈钢板进行对接焊, 结果显示光纤激光-TIG复合焊接316不锈钢板相比单独TIG焊接能够显著提高焊缝的抗拉强度, 使其非常接近母材, 弯曲性能也与母材一样良好, 同时焊接变形明显减小。
Abstract
In this study, 316 stainless steel plate was used to study its process characteristics using fiber optic laser-TIG hybrid welding, and to discuss its welding forming pattern and welding mechanism influenced by the major parameters. Results show that in this welding process, it is easy to fully reflect the complementary advantages of the two kinds of heat when the welding current and the laser power to be matched. Meanwhile, welding speed could be significantly improved and penetration was significantly increased. On the whole, In the best hybrid welding process conditions to butt weld 316 stainless steel plate, it is can significantly improve the mechanical properties of the weld and reduce welding distortion.
