一种新型抗阳光干扰红外多点触摸屏
The Design of Infrared Multi-touch Screen to Eliminate Sunlight Interference
摘要
为了满足恶劣环境对触摸设备的特殊要求, 本文设计了一款新型红外触摸屏, 采用四边均排布红外发射、接收管方案, 并根据阳光照射情况自动选择接收边的方法消除阳光照射干扰, 利用恒流驱动芯片和数字电位器提升了工作稳定性和使用寿命, 在此基础上提出了坐标定位和两点识别的算法, 实现了红外触摸屏在阳光照射条件下对两点触摸的较高精度识别。
Abstract
A new infrared touch screen is designed to meet the requirements in harsh environments. Double arranging LEDs are adopted to eliminate sunlight interference. Its performance is improved by using constant current LED driver and digital potentiometer. Algorithms for calculating coordinates and multi-touch recognition are proposed. Experiments show that the infrared touch screen can accurately recognize multi-touch in the sunshine environment.
