对乙酰氨基酚包合物拉曼光谱和红外光谱研究

摘要
通过拉曼光谱和红外光谱法分析对乙酰氨基酚包合物, 探讨拉曼光谱作为一种新的验证包合物形成方法的可行性。 采用饱和水溶液法制备对乙酰氨基酚包合物, 共焦拉曼光谱仪和傅里叶转换红外光谱仪分别测定并获得β-CD、对乙酰氨基酚、摩尔比1∶1的β-CD与对乙酰氨基酚物理混合物及其包合物四种物质粉末的拉曼图谱和红外图谱并将其进行对照分析。 拉曼图谱证明了对乙酰氨基酚以氢键作用嵌入β-环糊精的疏水空腔形成包合物, 从而增加了它的稳定性和溶解度, 与红外光谱结果一致。 拉曼光谱法具有快速、准确、简便、无损测量等显著优势, 可作为验证药物包合物的形成重要手段。
Abstract
To identify the formation of the inclusion compound of Paracetamol (PAR) by the confocal Raman spectroscopy and Infrared spectroscopy in order to decide the ability of the Raman spectroscopy as a new and simple method in identifying the PAR inclusion compound.The inclusion compound of Acetaminophen was prepared by Saturated aqueous solution method. The Raman spectra and Infrared spectra of PAR, β-cyclodextrin(β-CD), PAR-β-CD physical mixture, PAR-β-CD inclusion compound was obtained with confocal Raman spectrometer and Fourier transform Infrared spectrometers and then was compared with each other.The Raman spectrum indicated that the PAR inclusion compound is formed via hydrogen bonds improves the stability and dissolution of PAR, which is consistent with the conclusion of infrared spectrum.Raman spectroscopy has significant advantages such as rapid, accurate, simple, non-destructive measurement, can be used as a significant method in identifying the inclusion compound.
