摘要
光收发模块作为光电互相转换的重要器件,在高速数据通信领域起着至关重要的作用。该设计应用VCSEL(垂直腔面发射激光器)阵列、 PIN(带本征层光电探测器)阵列和集成驱动芯片等3种技术,研制出严格遵循CXP(十二路小体积可插拔)多源协议(以下称CXP MSA)的CXP光收发模块。通过对样品的测试,得到了眼图和灵敏度等关键测试数据。测试结果表明:该CXP光收发模块完全符合CXP MSA的各项技术指标要求,能够应用于短距离高速数据通信系统,对提高数据通信系统的传输速率和推动100 Gbit/s光通信系统的发展都有着重要意义。
Abstract
As an important component for photoelectric conversion, optical transceiver module plays a vital role in the field of high-rate data communications. By studying and applying VCSEL and PIN array technologies and integrated driver chips, this paper develops an optical transceiver module in strict compliance with the CXP Multi-Source Agreement (CXP MSA), called CXP optical transceiver module, In the tests of its sample, it obtains the key parameters, such as eye pattern and receiver sensitivity. The test results indicate that this module fully complies with the requirements of its technical indexes and is applicable to short-range high-rate data communication systems, having major significance to increasing the transmission rate of data transmission systems and promoting the development of 100 Gbit/s optical communication systems.
