降低光电振荡器相位噪声的方法研究
Research on Phase Noise Reduction of Optoelectronic Oscillators
摘要
随着光电振荡器(OEO)技术的飞速发展, 改善光电振荡器的相位噪声成为了一个新的研究和发展方向。文章在对光电振荡器的工作原理和特性进行阐述和分析的基础上, 对降低光电振荡器相位噪声的技术手段和方案进行了总结, 分析了各种方案的基本原理及性能指标。讨论了制约光电振荡器进一步降低相位噪声的因素, 提出了可能的发展方向和改进措施。
Abstract
With the rapid development of optoelectronic oscillators (OEOs), the methods of improving the phase noise of OEOs are becoming a new research topic. Based on explicating and analyzing their mechanism and characteristics, the techniques and schemes for decreasing OEOs’ phase noise are reviewed, and their principles and performance indexes are discussed. Finally, the factors restricting the phase noise and possible solutions are discussed.
