摘要
针对目前TD-LTE产业的迅速发展,市场需求日益增大,对所用的10 Gbps SFP+光收发合一模块在技术和成本上也提出了更高的要求。介绍了一款应用于10 Gbps TD-LTE的光接收器件的设计,并对封装后的器件进行了测试及分析。该接收器件整体光电性能良好,同时具备低成本和低功耗的优势。
Abstract
As for the rapid development of TD-LTE industry, the need of the market is increasing. The requirements on technology and cost are raised for 10 Gbps SFP+module. The design of one optical receiver device based on 10 Gbps TD-LTE application is illustrated in this article. The test and analysis on packaged device are also made. The device has good photoelectric properties, and has blow cost and low power dissipation.
