光纤中光子暗化效应研究

摘要
阐述了国内外在光子暗化效应测试、抗光子暗化性能提升及机理方面的研究工作。展示了测试的光子暗化效应对吸收光谱、特定波长附加损耗以及输出功率的影响。制备的一种新型抗光子暗化光纤,其抗光子暗化性能相对于常规掺镱光纤提升近15倍,斜率效率为81.8%。由此光纤制备的光纤激光器实现800 W功率的稳定输出,未观测到功率的衰减。
Abstract
The researches on the measurement, performance improvement and the mechanism of photo-darkening both in china and abroad are reported in this paper. The photo-darkening effect on the absorption spectra, excess losses at a special wavelength and the fluorescence output power is showed. A new photo-darkening resistance fiber is manufactured. The performance of the photo-darkening resistance improved as a factor of 15, compared with the normal Yb doped silica fiber, and the slope efficiency is 81.8 %. An 800 W fiber laser prepared by the new fiber is realized, and the power decay is not observed.
