High power all-fiber chirped pulse amplification laser system
摘要
采用基于非线性偏振旋转原理的光纤被动锁模激光器作为主振荡器。输出信号脉冲的重复频率为30 MHz,脉冲半高全宽为265 fs。信号脉冲通过全光纤啁啾脉冲激光放大系统展宽至100 ps后,经过1级芯径10 μm的光纤预放大器和1级芯径50 μm的光纤功率放大器将脉冲平均功率放大至10 W,斜率效率41.5%。输出脉冲经光栅压缩器将脉宽压缩至594 fs。
Abstract
The passive mode-locked fiber laser based on the nonlinear polarization rotation principle is applied as the master oscillator. The repetition rate and pulse width of the pulse are 30 MHz and 265 fs, respectively. After stretching the pulse width to 100 ps via the chirped fiber Bragg grating, the signal is amplified by one stage of 10 μm-core-diameter fiber pre-amplifier and one stage of 50 μm-core-diameter fiber power amplifier. The output average power is 10 W with a slope efficiency of 41.5%. And the pulse is compressed to 594 fs via a bulk grating compressor.
