工艺参数对激光沉积修复钛合金组织和显微硬度的影响

摘要
在BT20钛合金基板上进行了不同激光功率、扫描速度等工艺参数的激光沉积修复试验,研究了各工艺参数对BT20钛合金组织及显微硬度的影响规律,并分析了其成因,为优化工艺参数提高激光沉积修复质量提供依据。结果表明:随着激光功率P的增大,柱状晶的长度变短并趋向于等轴晶的转变; 在相同的激光功率下,随着激光扫描速度v的增大,柱状晶的尺寸变得细长; 基体、热影响区、修复区的显微硬度在修复方向逐渐增大。
Abstract
The laser deposition repair experiment is performed on BT20 titanium alloy substrate by changing process parameters, such as laser powder, scanning speed, the effect of various process parameters on BT20’s organization and microhardness is researched, simultaneously its causes are analyzed, these results would provide the guidance for optimizing process parameters to improve the laser repair quality. The results show that: with the increase of laser power,the length of the columnar crystal becomes shorter and tends to isometric transformation: under the same laser power,with the increase of the laser scanning speed,the size of the columnar crystal becomes slender; the microhardness of substrate, heat affected zone and repair zone along the repair direction is gradually increased.
