碳钢表面激光除锈研究
Research on the Laser De-Rusting of Carbon Steel Surface
摘要
激光除锈作为一项新兴的清洗工艺,在碳钢表面除锈领域潜在巨大的发展前景。采用1 064 nm波长的连续光纤激光器,研究了激光功率、离焦量和扫描速度对激光除锈效果的影响,通过清洗前后碳钢表面元素含量的变化分析得到准确的优化工艺参数。由金相观察进一步论证了激光除锈的良好效果,并发现在激光作用下产生的硬化层有助于提高碳钢表面的硬度,达到理想的激光清洗效果。
Abstract
As an emerging cleaning process, Laser de-rusting potentially has great development prospects in the steel surface de-rusting areas. 1064nm wavelength of continuous fiber laser have been investigated in this experiment, the influence of laser power, defocus and scanning speed on rust removing effects have been studied. Accurate optimization of process parameters have been found through element content changes analysis of steel surface before and after cleaning. Metallographic observation further demonstrated the good results of laser de-rusting, and found that hardened layer produced by the laser could help to improve the surface hardness of carbon steel, so as to achieve the desired effect of laser cleaning.
