摘要
为提高镁合金表面耐磨蚀性, 在真空条件下对AZ91HP 镁合金进行激光熔凝处理。在固定激光功率和光斑直径条件下, 分析激光扫描速度对熔凝层组织和性能的影响规律。研究结果表明, 随激光扫描速度增加, 硬质相β-Mg17Al12含量逐渐降低, 熔凝层枝晶逐渐细化;由于细晶强化作用, 熔凝层硬度和耐磨性均较原始镁合金显著增加。随激光扫描速度增加, 熔凝层的硬度, 耐磨蚀性得到提高。
Abstract
Laser melting treatment of AZ91HP magnesium alloy was carried out under vacuum in order to improve the wear and corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy. In the case of fixing the laser power and spot diameter, the influence of laser scanning speeds on the microstructure and property of the melted layer was analyzed. The results show that with the increasing of laser scanning speeds, hard phase β-Mg17Al12 of the melted layer decreases, and the dendrite of the melted layer is gradually refined. Because of the effect of the fine-grained strengthening, the microhardness and wear resistance of the melted layer are increased compared with those of the received Mg alloy. With the increasing of the laser scanning speeds, the microhardness, wear and corrosion resistance of the melted layers are improved.
