粉末含量和激光功率对熔覆涂层裂纹敏感性的影响

摘要
在Ni基合金粉末中添加不同含量的(V2O5+WO3+C)粉末, 通过改变激光功率在45#钢表面进行激光熔覆实验。采用XRD射线衍射、扫描电镜SEM对显微组织观察分析, 采用渗透法检测熔覆涂层裂纹。实验表明, (V2O5+WO3+C)含量和激光功率均对熔覆涂层裂纹敏感性有影响。在(V2O5+WO3+C)含量为25%、激光功率1.4 kW条件下, 可获得无裂纹质量良好的Ni基激光熔覆涂层。
Abstract
Different content powder of (V2O5+WO3+C)are added in the Ni-based alloy powder, the laser cladding experiment are carried out on the surface of 45# steel by changing the laser power. The microstructure of the cladding coating is observed and analyzed by XRD ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy, the cracks of the cladding coating are detected by penetration method. Experiments show that the content of(V2O5+WO3+C)and the power of laser are influential on the cracking susceptibility of cladding coating. Under the condition of (V2O5+WO3+C) content of 25% and laser power 1.4 kW, high quality Ni-based laser cladding coating without cracks can be obtained.
