一种新型汽轮机空心静叶片制造工艺的研究

摘要
叶片是汽轮机的核心关键零件, 传统叶片造型使用一整块材料锻造成型, 加工困难。介绍一种新型的空心静叶片制造技术, 该技术是将两个薄壁件焊接成叶片, 然后将两成形薄壁材料在CO2激光、氮气保护环境下进行窄缝切割, 得到所需的叶片引导气流的缝隙。重点研究了引导气流的缝隙激光切割的工艺参数选择, 得到较为合理的窄缝激光切割的参数范围。实验结果表明, 该叶片制造技术工艺简单、制造成本低廉, 能够满足静叶片的制造要求。
Abstract
Blades are the key parts of steam turbine. It is difficult to form blade modeling using a monolithic material for forging in traditional way. This paper, a new type of hollow stationary blade of steam turbine manufacturing process in introduced. Firstly, the two thin-walled blades were welded together to a blade, and then it is cut by CO2 laser in nitrogen atmosphere. We focus on the optimization of the process parameters in laser cutting of guided air gap, and the ranges of the parameters are obtained. Experimental results show that this blade manufacturing process not only can satisfy the manufacturing requirements of the stationary blade, but also the technology is simple and inexpensive.
