合成正交相位解调FTIR光谱仪仿真模型与性能研究

摘要
利用光程差变化信息对红外干涉图进行非线性校正可以有效降低干涉仪动镜非匀速运动对傅里叶变换红外光谱仪性能的影响。在合成正交相位解调的光程差信息反演方法基础上, 建立了基于该方法的红外干涉图非线性校正 FTIR光谱仪仿真模型。对该模型的性能参数进行了仿真分析, 仿真结果表明了合成正交相位解调方法的有效性。
Abstract
The optical path difference information used in the correction of the non-linear sampled infrared interferogram can effectively deduce the influence on the spectroscopy caused by the moving mirror of the interferometer. An optical path difference information getting method based on synthetic quadrature phase detector/demodulator was introduced and a FTIR spectrometer model based on this method was built. The optical path difference information getting method and the FTIR spectrometer system based on this method were also simulated. Experimental results show the effectiveness of this method.
