莫尔纹防伪作为一种防伪方式,具有可靠性高、独占性强、工艺简单、成本低等诸多特点,在包装、印刷和防伪领域具有广泛的应用。对莫尔理论、莫尔纹的形成和防伪原理进行了分析,研究了如何将简单的图像信息隐藏在待复制的彩色印刷图像中,分析了不同的网点形状、网点百分比、加网频率、加网角度等网点特征参数和防伪母版对莫尔纹潜像的嵌入与识别的影响。通过实验对比不同参数下的效果图,得出了适合的彩色莫尔纹防伪参数。该莫尔纹防伪参数可用于半色调莫尔纹防伪潜像的设计,能为在彩色印刷品中嵌入莫尔纹防伪技术提供参考,具有良好的应用性。

Moire patterns with many characteristics such as high reliability,strong exclusive,simple process,lowcost,as a means for security are widely used in the field of packaging and printing.The Mohr＇s theory,generation andprinciple of moire pattern anti-counterfeiting are analyzed.The some easy image informations are hidden in the pre-copycolor images.The how screening shapes,screening percentage,screening frequency and screening angle to affect sub-im-age and how to choose the color channel to embed the sub-image on condition of two printing colors are analyzed.Throughexperiments,suitable color moire pattern anti-counterfeiting parameters are gotten.The screening parameters achievedcan be used in designs of halftoning moire security and can provide references for the field of embedding moire patterns incolor printing products for security,which have a good applicability.
