Distributed temperature measurement of OPGW fibers
摘要
文章利用基于布里渊散射原理的BOTDR(布里渊光时域反射仪)技术研究了OPGW(光纤复合架空地线)光缆内部光纤在不同环境温度条件下的布里渊频移变化特性。研究表明, 同一光缆内不同光纤的布里渊散射频移的温度系数与基础频移具有微小差异, 且日照区与非日照区的温度系数有比较固定的差异。
Abstract
This paper studies the Brillouin shift variations of fibers in Optical Fiber Composite Overhead Ground Wire (OPGW) cables by using the BOTDR technology on the basis of the Brillouin scattering principle. The experimental results show that the temperature coefficients of Brillouin Scattering (BS) shifts of different fibers in the same cable are slightly different from those of the basic frequency shifts, while there is a fairly constant difference in temperature coefficients between fibers in the sunshine zones and those in the shadowy zones.
