基于编码测棒的单目视觉测量系统

摘要
为了提高单目视觉测量系统的精度, 提出了一种基于编码测棒的单目视觉测量系统。该系统采用GSI编码点作为测棒上的特征点, 首先用CCD像机对编码测棒一次成像, 然后通过编码点特征位与编码位之间特定的约束关系对各个编码点分别进行姿态测量, 最后根据最小二乘数据拟合和误差平均的数学思想实现测头的优化求解。在精密二维平移台上做了对比实验, 实验结果表明, 系统在1000mm×500mm的测量区域中, 实际测量的相对误差不超过6.3×104, 系统的精度能满足工业中对大尺寸现场测量的要求。
Abstract
In order to improve the precision of monocular vision measurement system, a monocular vision measuring system based on coding measuring bar is presented. The system adopts the GSI coded points as the feature points on the measuring bar. Firstly, the photo of the coding measuring bar is captured by a CCD camera. Then, the attitude measurement of each coded point is conducted respectively according to the specific constraint relation of the coded point. Finally, realizing the optimization solution of measuring bar’s probe based on least-square fitting and error average mathematical thought. The comparative experiment is carried out on the two-dimensional precision table. The experimental results show that the relative error of the system of the actual measurement is less than 6.3×104 in the 1000mm×500mm measurement area. The accuracy of the system achieve the requirements of large dimension's measurement of industry field.
