一种大范围低成本的线性PD探测电路设计
A Circuit Design of Wide Range and Low Cost Linear PD Detection
摘要
提出了一种双TIA(Trans-Impedance Amplifier)电路模型, 即在PD的两端均接入TIA电路, 并对电路进行了理论分析, 最后对理论电路进行了仿真讨论, 对实际电路进行测试, 结果显示在保证精度与成本不变的情况下, 探测范围增大了10 dB。
Abstract
A new circuit of dual TIA, which is added with TIA on both side of the PD, is given and the theoretical analyses of this new circuit are presented. Finally, the simulation of the theoretical circuit and the test result of the actual circuit are presented, which show that the detection range is increased of 10dB with the accuracy and cost unchanged.
