不同助烧剂对Nd∶YAG激光陶瓷前驱粉体烧结活性的影响

摘要
采用氨水共沉淀法制备了Nd∶YAG激光陶瓷前驱粉体,并在其中分别加入助烧剂SiO2和CaCO3。利用XRD、SEM及荧光光谱分析了不同助烧剂对Nd∶YAG激光陶瓷前驱粉体烧结活性的影响。XRD测试结果表明,助烧剂SiO2和CaCO3不能促进Nd∶YAG激光陶瓷前驱粉体的结晶。SEM照片观察发现,SiO2的助烧效果较好,能促进Nd∶YAG激光陶瓷前驱粉体的烧结,增加了前驱粉体的烧结活性,并且通过荧光光谱分析发现,助烧剂不改变Nd3+的4F3/2—4I11/2荧光发射。
Abstract
In this paper, Nd∶YAG laser ceramic precursor powder is prepared by ammonia co-precipitation method, which the SiO2 and CaCO3 are doped into the precursor powder as sintering aids. Effects of the different sintering aids on sintering-activity of Nd∶YAG laser ceramic precursor powder are studied through XRD, SEM and fluorescence spectra. XRD test shows that the sintering aids SiO2 and CaCO3 cant promote the Nd∶YAG laser ceramic precursor powder crystallizing. SEM analysis indicates that SiO2 is good as sintering aid, which can promote the sintering of Nd∶YAG laser ceramic precursor powder, and increases the precursor powder sintering activity. Fluorescence spectrum analysis are shown that Nd3+4F3/2—4I11/2 fluorescence emission is not changed.
