SLM成型医用钴铬合金的表面粗糙度与致密度研究
Research of Surface Roughness and Relative Density of SLM Medical Co-Cr Alloy
摘要
采用选区激光熔化进行钴铬合金成型,是当今牙齿种植体制造的新方法,然而SLM成型试样表面粗糙度的累积效应对于制件的性能具有重要影响。实验首先获得了适于多道成型的单熔道以及相应的工艺参数,在此基础上进行正交实验,研究激光线能量密度(E)、粉末粒度、粉层厚度以及层间扫描策略对于多层成型制件表面粗糙度及致密度的影响规律并进行原因分析。实验结果表明P/V>1.6时,多层成型试样的成形质量明显改善;粉末层厚是影响多层制件成型质量的最主要因素,在一定范围内线能量密度越大、小颗粒粉末比重越大、粉层厚度越小可以有效降低表面粗糙度和提高致密度;采用层错正交叠加的策略有助于熔池的浸润和铺展从而降低表面粗糙度。
Abstract
It is a new way to produce dental implants with the method of selective laser melting Co-Cr alloy. The cumulative effect of SLM forming specimens’ surface roughness has significant effects for the performance of the work pieces. The first step of experiments obtained a kind of single-melt and the corresponding process parameters which was suitable for multi-channel molding; then an orthogonal experiment was designed to study the influence rules of linear energy density(E), powder size, powder layer thickness and scanning strategy between the layers to surface roughness and relative densityof multilayer parts fabricated by SLM and analyzed the reasons. Experimental results showed that the forming qualitycould beimproved significantly when P/V>1.6;powder thickness is the most important factor to influence the forming quality of multilayer workpieces;in a certain range, increasing linear energy density and the proportion of small particles, reducing powder layer thickness can effectively reduce the surface roughness and improve relative density;adopting the strategy of staggered inter layer scan line with orthogonal superposition could help to the pool’s infiltration and spreading to reduce the surface roughness.
