激光加工陶瓷刀具表面微织构的发展现状与前景

摘要
高速切削已经成为21世纪机械制造业的主流发展方向,而高速切削刀具仍然是限制淬硬钢等难加工材料的切削效率提高的关键因素。仿生摩擦学的出现,为刀具表面减摩技术带来了新的研究方向。针对陶瓷刀具、高速切削技术和微织构加工技术的发展现状,提出采用激光加工的方法实现陶瓷刀具表面微织构的加工技术。并分析了淬硬钢等难加工材料的高速切削过程中存在的问题,认为开展短波长激光加工陶瓷刀具表面微织构的研究对于该问题的解决具有重要的意义。
Abstract
High-speed cutting has become the mainstream of development in machinery manufacturing in the 21st century, but high-speed cutting tool remains a key factor in improving cutting efficiency of limiting chilled cast iron and other difficult materials. The appearance of bionic tribology brings new research directions for cutting tool surface friction reduction technology. It describes the current development of ceramic tool, high-speed cutting technology and micro texture processing technology, and puts forward processing technology using the method of laser processing to achieve ceramic tool surface micro texture. And the paper analyses the problems in the process of high-speed cutting hardened steel and other difficult materials, deems that the research of conducting a short-wave length laser reprocessing ceramic cutters surface micro texture for solving this problem is of great significance.
