基于傅里叶变换红外光谱技术测量气溶胶中硫酸盐的含量

摘要
气溶胶化学组成复杂,对硫酸盐含量进行定量分析时,基体干扰不明确,标准加入法具有可以消除基质效应的特点,而红外光谱具有测量速度快,操作简单等优势,因此实验利用标准加入法与红外光谱相结合的方法对气溶胶中 SO42-的含量进行测量.在 SO42-的标准加入量为 0~0.3636 mg·mL-1范围内时,标准加入量与吸光度值之间线性关系良好,相关系数为 0.974,回归方程为 A=0.4720 m.利用差谱技术对回归方程系数进行了验证实验,准确率为 98.5%,同时对已知 SO42-含量的气溶胶加标样品进行回收率实验,平均回收率为 99.56%.实验结果说明此方法有效的消除了基质效应对 SO42-定量分析的影响,为以后快速、实时测量气溶胶中硫酸盐含量建立了基础.
Abstract
The chemical composition of aerosol is complex,so the matrix interference is not clear when the content of sulfate is quantified.The standard addition method has the characteristics of eliminating the matrix effect and infrared spectroscopy has the advantage of fast measurement speed and simple operation,therefore the content of SO42-in aerosol is measured by standard addition method combined with infrared spectroscopy.The linear relationship is good between the standard addition amount and the absorbance values when the range of the standard addition amount is 0~0.3636 mg·mL-1,the coefficient of association is 0.974 and the regression equation is A=0.4720 m.The coefficient of the regression equation is verified by the method of subtraction and the recovery rate is 98.5%.The standard addition recovery experiments for the known content of SO42-in aerosol sample with standard sample are done,and the average recovery rate is 99.56%.The experimental results show that this method is effective to eliminate the matrix effect in aerosol in quantitative analysis of SO42-,and the foundation is established for rapid and real-time measuring the content of sulfate in aerosol.
