摘要
针对接触式测量方式在精密检测过程中触针易磨损、扫描速度较慢和扩展性差等问题,开发了基于虚拟仪器和激光三角法的散热片外形精密测试系统.对散热片外形尺寸的测量原理进行了分析,并对测试系统硬件结构、软件结构、数据采集和滤波算法等关键技术进行了研究,给出了圆弧半径的具体测量评定方法.
Abstract
To address the problems that the probe easy wears,the scanning speed is slow and the scalability is poor during contact measurement for the precision measurement process,a fin shape precision measurement system is developed based on virtual instrument and laser triangulation. The measurement principle of the fin dimensions is analyzed.The hardware architecture,software architecture,data acquisition,filtering algorithms and other key technologies of the test systemare studied.The specific radius measurement evaluation method is given.
