极紫外相机电控单元检测系统的设计与实现

摘要
为了实现对月基极紫外相机电控单元功能和性能的检测,设计并实现了一种基于FPGA的检测系统.该检测系统以FPGA为核心单元,经过USB接口与上位机进行通讯,通过模拟电控单元各外部接口并对其采集后的遥测数据和图像数据进行分析,以此实现对电控单元各项功能和性能的检测.通过月基极紫外相机电控单元和检测系统的验证实验表明,检测系统的检测方法准确,测试结果正确有效.该检测系统具有实用、有效、便携的特点,在极紫外相机的研制过程中已经得到了充分的使用,对工程研制的顺利进行起到了重要的作用.
Abstract
In order to test the function and performance of the electronic control unit of lunar-based extreme ultraviolet camera,a test system based on FPGA is designed.This system adopts FPGA as processing and control core.The system uses the communication with the computer through USB bus.And it can analyse remote data and image data which are collected by external interface of electronic control unit.Therefore,this system can complete the test of each function and each performance of the electronic unit.The result of the testing experiment of lunar-based extreme ultraviolet camera control unit and test system shows that test method of the system is accurate,and the test results are correct and effective.Because it has been fully used during the development of extreme ultraviolet camera,this test system played a great important role on the smooth degree of designing process in the program,which has the features of practical,efficient and portable.
