转动随机微透镜阵列对激光显示中散斑的抑制
Speckle reduction using rotating random micro-lens array in laser display
摘要
为了消除散斑现象,对随机漫射体抑制散斑的可行性进行了探讨.分析了“随机微透镜阵列”作为随机漫射体在光束控制和光能利用率方面的优越性,并提出了在光学系统中加入转动“随机微透镜阵列”的方式抑制散斑.对加入这种结构后屏幕上的散斑进行了测量,验证了此种方法可以将散斑对比度降低到115%,使人眼分辨不出激光散斑,提升了激光电视的观看效果,并与传统的转动匀光棒法进行对比,体现了此种方法出色的抑制散斑的能力.
Abstract
In order to eliminate disturbing speckle phenomenon,this paper discussed the feasibility of speckle reduction,analyzed the superiority in beam control and energy efficiency using the "random micro-lens array" as the random diffuser,and proposed to set the rotating "random micro-lens array" in the optical system to reduce the speckle.The speckle on the screen was measured after setting this component,this method was verified to reduce speckle contrast to 115% so that the eyes couldn’t distinguish the laser speckle.This method can greatly improve the viewing quality of laser TV.Compared with traditional method of rotating uniform light stick,this method presented the excellent ability in speckle reduction.
