汽车座椅调角器激光焊接工艺研究
Study on Laser Welding Technology of Automobile Seat Recliner
摘要
为了获得汽车座椅调角器碟片激光器焊接的工艺参数, 采用正交试验的方法对调角器进行激光焊接试验与优化, 并对焊接后的截面金相图进行检测分析。试验结果表明, 最理想的焊接工艺参数为激光功率4 kW, 离焦量+2.5 mm, 焊接速度3 m/min。在此条件下, 可得到成形良好无缺陷焊缝, 焊缝截面呈抛物线形。此试验结果可为企业高功率激光焊接工艺提供参考。
Abstract
In order to obtain the parameter of laser welding process of automobile seat recliner disk, the orthogonal test was used for of laser welding test and process optimization, the picture of metallography were detected after welding. The test data results show that the ideal laser power, focused distance and welding speed were 4kW, +2.5mm, 3m/min. In this condition, the welding seam is in good shape, and the cross section shape of seam is a parabola. The result of this test can be regarded as the reference resources of the welding process.
