高温孔口的红外隐身研究
Research on the Infrared Stealth of High Temperature Orifice
摘要
为解决高温孔口的红外隐身问题,对高温孔口进行了建模、仿真与实验.结合高温孔口的实际情况,利用Fluent 仿真软件建立仿真模型.首先在计算机上进行仿真、分析,然后通过实验进行验证.通过研究发现,采用复合式隔热,红外抑制效果较好,而内壁导翅引流冷却技术能起到良好的冷却效果,综合采用二者能使高温孔口取得良好的红外隐身效果.
Abstract
To solve the problem on the infrared stealth of high temperature orifice,the article conducts modeling,simulation and experiment on the high temperature orifice.Combined with the actual situation of the high temperature orifice.Fluent simulation software is used to simulate model.Firstly,Simulation and analysis are made on the computer.Secondly,validation is made by experiment.Through the study,using composite insulation can make the infrared suppression better,the inner wall pilot wings drainage cooling technology can produce a good cooling effect and using a combination of the two can achieve good infrared camouflage effect for high temperature orifice.
