摘要
提出了一种复合结构的光子晶体光纤, 采用多极法对其双折射、限制损耗、基模模场以及色散特性进行了数值模拟。研究表明,该光纤在1550nm处可获得1.56×10-2的双折射, 限制损耗为7.31×10-3dB/km, 负色散达-320ps/(nm·km), 且损耗在1300~1600nm范围内基本稳定。
Abstract
A new composite structure photonic cystal fiber (PCF) was proposed. The properties of birefringence, confinement loss, dispersion and mode area of the proposed PCF were simulated by multipole method. Simulation results show that a birefringence of 1.56×10-2 were obtained at the wavelength of 1550nm, the confinement lose of 7.31×10-3dB/km and negative dispersion of -320ps/(nm·km). And the confinement lose keeps stable at the wavelength range of 1300~1600nm.
