Research Progress of DNA Optical Logic Gate
摘要
DNA逻辑门是一种重要的新型计算单元,为下一代计算机的研发提供了新的思路.光学检测器拥有快速简便的优势,因此在DNA逻辑门的研究中显得十分重要.本文综述了近些年来DNA光学逻辑门的研究进展,对荧光、比色和表面增强拉曼光谱为基础的逻辑门的研究进行了阐述和评价,并对DNA光学逻辑门的发展前景进行了展望.
Abstract
DNA logic gate is a new kind of computing unit,puts forward a new thinking for the research and development of next generation of computer.Optical detector has the advantage of quickness and easiness,make it very important in the study of DNA logic gates.The research progress of DNA optical logic gate in recent years was reviewed in this paper.The study of fluorescence,colorimetry and surface enhanced Raman spectra based logic gates are expounded and evaluated,and the development prospect of DNA optical logic gates are also prospected.
