电光晶体的分布参数琼斯矩阵

摘要
以麦克斯韦方程组为依据推导了单色平面光波在电光晶体内传播时满足的无冗余本征方程, 将电光晶体光学特性的求解问题转换为求取二维矩阵的特征值问题;基于二维矩阵, 提出了晶体均匀性的表征方法;在此基础上, 推导了电光晶体的分布参数琼斯矩阵模型;进一步地, 把电场对晶体光学性质的影响看作微扰, 得到了琼斯矩阵的等效集中参数模型。
Abstract
According to the Maxwell equation, this paper deduced the non-redundant intrinsic equation when the monochromatic plane wave was propagating in electro-optical crystal. The problem of solving optical properties of electro-optical crystal was transformed into that of getting eigenvalue of two-dimensional matrix. The expressing method of uniformity of crystal, based on the two-dimensional matrix, is proposed. Then the distributed parameter Jones matrix model of electro-optical crystal is deduced. Moreover, the equivalent lumped parameter Jones matrix model was deduced by taking the influence of electric filed on optical property of crystal as micro perturbation.
