一株产低温碱性脂肪酶菌株的发酵条件优化
Optimization of Fermentation Conditions for a Low-Temperature Lipase-Producing Strain
摘要
对一株产低温碱性脂肪酶细菌(Pseudoalteromonas sp.BJ17)的发酵条件进行了优化, 研究各种碳源及氮源对产酶的影响, 应用正交实验优化其发酵培养基组成。结果表明: 最佳培养基组成为淀粉 12 g/L, 蛋白胨 12 g/L, 酵母膏 3 g/L, 酪蛋白 2 g/L。最佳培养温度为25 ℃, 发酵时间 为16 h。
Abstract
The culture of Pseudoalteromonas sp.BJ17 were optimized for the production of alkaline protease. The optimum medium (per liter) was consisted of 12 g starch,12 g peptone, 3 g yeast extract, 2 g casein. The optimum fermentation conditions were determined as follows: temperature 25 ℃, and cultivation time 16 h.
