光照强度对金果榄光合特性和生长品质的影响

摘要
目的: 探讨不同光照强度对金果榄植株光合特性和生长的影响。方法: 设置光照强度为自然光强的100%、52.7%、33.2%和15.8% 四种处理, 测定其光合速率等生理指标、叶绿素、生物产量及活性成分含量的变化。结果: 1.低光照强度处理的光合速率均高于 100%自然光照处理, 33.2%处理最高, 显著地高于52.7%处理和15.8%处理; 2.叶片叶绿素总量(Ch1) 、叶绿素 a (Chl a)、叶绿素 b (Chl b)、类胡萝卜素(Car) 含量随光强的减弱而增大; 3.单叶面积随光照强度的减弱而增大, 比叶重(LMA) 则随着生长光强的减弱而减小; 4.33.2%光强下金果榄块根生物量、浸出物和盐酸巴马汀最高。结论: 虽然金果榄有较强的光适应能力, 但光照过强或过弱均对其生长造成不良影响, 主要体现为光合速率降低, 块根生物量积累下降、活性成分减小等。实验结果表明, 33.2%光强是金果榄植株生长的最佳光照强度。
Abstract
Purpose: To probe the effects of different light intensities on photosunthetic characteristics and growth of Tinospora capillipes Gagnep. plant. Method: Potted Tinospora capillipes Gagnep. biennial seed tuber seedlings were grown under 100%, 52.7%, 33.2% and 15.8% of natural light intensity. Measured photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll, biomass, and the active ingredient. Result: 1.The photosynthetic rate under low light intensity treatment was higher than that under 100% of natural light intensity treatment, and the highest was under 33.2% of natural light intensity, significantly higher than those under any other light intensity treatment; 2.The contents of total chlorophyll (Chl)、chlorophyll a(Chla)、chlorophyll b (Chlb) and carotenoid (Car) of leaf increased with decreasing light intensity; 3.As the light intensity decreased, the single leaf area increased but leaf mass per area(LMA) decreased; 4.The root tuber biomass, extract and Palmatine hydrochloride were the highest under 33.2% of natural light intensity. Conclusion: Tinospora capillipes Gagnep.has a wide range of light adaptability, but its photosynthetic rate decreased when grown in either strong or weak light intensity, resulting in inhibition of growth, biomass and active ingredient. 33.2% of natural light intensity was the best light environment for plants in the current growth season.
